How long does a home inspection take?
Most residential home inspections take approximately 2 to 4 hours depending on the size, age, condition, and accessibility of the property.
Should I attend the inspection?
Yes. While not required, we encourage clients to attend the inspection whenever possible. This provides an opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the property's condition.

Payment is due before or on the day of the inspection.
Can a house pass or fail an inspection?
No. A home inspection is not a pass-or-fail evaluation. The inspection is intended to identify material defects, safety concerns, and conditions that may require repair or further evaluation.
Are inspections guaranteed?
No. Home inspections are visual, non-invasive evaluations of the property's condition at the time of the inspection. Inspections are not warranties, guarantees, or insurance policies.
Do you inspect new construction homes?
Yes. Even newly constructed homes can contain defects or installation issues. A professional inspection can help identify concerns before closing.
What if the house is occupied?
Occupied homes can still be inspected. However, personal belongings, furniture, storage items, and other obstacles may limit access to certain areas.
Can hidden defects exist?
Yes. Because inspections are visual and non-invasive, concealed defects may exist behind walls, beneath flooring, above ceilings, inside insulation, or in other inaccessible areas.
How do I schedule an inspection?
Simply select the inspection service(s) you need, add them to your cart, complete the checkout process, and we will contact you to confirm your appointment and scheduling details.
