❄️🔥 Do you operate the HVAC systems?

Yes—systems are operated when safe and appropriate.

However, to protect equipment and ensure accurate results:

❄️ Air conditioning is NOT operated when outdoor temperatures are below approximately 60°F

🔥 Heating systems are evaluated during the heating season

🧠 Will the inspection identify every issue in the home?

No inspection can identify every possible issue or predict future conditions.

However, we perform a thorough visual evaluation and identify:

🏗️ Do I need an inspection on a new construction home?

Yes. Even new construction homes can have:
