❄️🔥 Do you operate the HVAC systems?
Yes—systems are operated when safe and appropriate.
However, to protect equipment and ensure accurate results:
❄️ Air conditioning is NOT operated when outdoor temperatures are below approximately 60°F
🔥 Heating systems are evaluated during the heating season
đź§ Will the inspection identify every issue in the home?
No inspection can identify every possible issue or predict future conditions.
However, we perform a thorough visual evaluation and identify:
