Land Home Inspections provides residential home inspections, sewer scope inspections, wood-destroying insect (WDI) inspections, educational resources, and related services. All inspections are performed in accordance with applicable standards of practice and state regulations.

Inspection appointments are subject to availability. • Payment may be required before, during, or after services are provided. • Prices are subject to change without notice. • Failure to pay for services may result in delayed delivery of reports or cancellation of scheduled services.

• Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are prepared for the sole use of the client identified in the inspection agreement. • Reports reflect the condition of the property at the time of inspection only. • Inspections are visual and non-invasive in nature. • Inspection reports are not warranties, guarantees, insurance policies, or predictions of future performance. • Hidden, concealed, or inaccessible defects may exist and may not be identified during the inspection.

All text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, inspection forms, reports, downloadable guides, and other content available through this website are the property of Land Home Inspections or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
