Payment for inspection services is due prior to or on the day of the scheduled inspection unless other arrangements have been approved in advance by Land Home Inspections.

Payment Terms
• Payment must be received before the inspection report is released.
• Inspections may be postponed or canceled if payment arrangements have not been made.
• Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees and collection efforts as permitted by law.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and current.
Scheduling and Payment
• Inspection appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed by Land Home Inspections.
• Payment may be collected at the time of booking, prior to the inspection, or on the day of the inspection depending on the service selected.
• Additional services requested after booking may result in additional charges.
