Residential Home Inspection - Plus!

The Residential Home Inspection – Plus! combines three important inspection services in one comprehensive package: a Residential Home Inspection, Sewer Scope Inspection, and Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) / Termite Inspection.

The home inspection provides a visual, non-invasive evaluation of the home’s major visible and readily accessible systems and components, including areas such as the roof, exterior, structure, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, interior, attic, insulation, ventilation, garage, and built-in appliances.

The sewer scope uses a specialized camera to evaluate accessible portions of the main sewer lateral for visible concerns such as root intrusion, damaged piping, offset joints, standing water, deterioration, or obstructions.

The WDI / Termite Inspection evaluates visible and readily accessible areas for evidence of termites and other wood-destroying insects, related damage, and conditions that may contribute to infestation.

Inspection findings are documented with photographs, clear descriptions, and recommendations when appropriate. Home inspection reports are typically delivered electronically within 24 hours.

Please Note: The residential home inspection and WDI / Termite Inspection are performed by Land Home Inspections. The sewer scope is performed by Bill Benton Plumbing, an independent plumbing contractor.
